They didn't have enough money for oil one year, so they cannibalized the staircase, railing, trim, doors, etc to burn for heat. 

You can pull out that piece of trim that's there and see how much it overlaps the floor to determine the dimensions of your new trim.  

The apartments needed new floors, painting, some new plumbing, counter tops, doors, trim etc. 1st apt was rented back from previous owner after closing for 2 months @ 710 which was negotiated with price of property.

The only photo I have right now is this one from the auction ad -We plan to paint inside & out, remove the garbage disposal, do some minor updates in the bathrooms, and trim up the bushes.

I envision a multi-family and listing modest trim two bedrooms for $600.

The front door is also new and so is the trim.

You can get tenants to mow occasionally, and to trim if you're lucky.
