As an investor, I'd want to see a list of the big ticket items and then one number.

You can either be a High Volume Wholesaler or a High Ticket Wholesaler.

Any large ticket items like a Roof, Boiler, or AC needing attention?  

And some neighborhood groups organize volunteers to remove them.And the police can track you down and issue a ticket, but I don't know how zealous they are about that.

I don't have personal experience in court regarding anything beyond traffic tickets, though.

I had a landlord once give me movie tickets after an inconvenient repair.

People speed on the highway "all the time", but only get ticketed when they get caught.Per IRC 4975, there may be no direct or indirect benefit between an IRA and a disqualified party. 

I also get one companion ticket free each year, which is always a perk.Had AMEX Cash back and hated it. did ont think it was a good card.Lowes is too expensive in my opinion. but i did use their coupons at HD.

It is common to provide services with limited parts or materials provided upfront, but higher ticket equipment purchases dont happen without pre-payment or credit.

Also on maintenance requests, week by week, different people were answering questions on the tickets and hadn't read/didn't know the history of the ticket, let alone what work had been done the previous month, so I would get duplicate requests for something I had already told them I was fixing with my vendor with whom they refused to coordinate the work...Their departmental nature allows them to "scale" but severely affects their customer service since I would call someone that I had in my phone and they'd say, "oh, that's not my concern, you have to call [some other department] for that."
