They also have "stock" items where you don't have to wait, vinyl, wrought iron, pickets, iron panels, almost all types of fence.

That means the main panel and all the sub panels must be upgraded and signed off by Indiana Power (or whoever your provider is in state).  

Might be able to just cut a small access panel to fix it.

Specifically electrical panel upgrades and plumbing issues that need to be addressed.

I then went to the breaker panel and flipped all the breakers on.

I don't know how long it keeps it for, but the ring camera has an option for a solar panel to keep it charged, records motion and costs $3 a month for storage.

They installed a new electrical panel and rewired I think 2 of the rooms already.

Once the electricity is turned off outside the house, all those wires in the electrical panel are no longer live - but they are still copper.
