I have many leads that need followed up with that haven't been touched because of lack of time, and I'm doing minimal marketing as of now because the few leads a week that come in, I have trouble getting to them as well.My business is in a stand-still and essentially losing money because I know I've missed out on deals because of either lack of follow up or not calling back new leads right away.I plan on hopefully being able to go part time in the next few months, but in the meantime, how should I handle this?

Had renters actually had to pay for their own consumption, they would really think twice about keeping the window open during freezing winters and adjusting their thermostat.Many have a sense that if the Landlord is paying for a service, it's ok to waste it.Another issue not really addressed in the article is that rent regulated apts include tenant protections even when the tenant had done something criminal.

As a solar salesperson I generally avoid wasting time talking to tenants because they can't sign a contract for solar on a house they don't own, and usually the owner can't claim the tax credit on a rental property.

We like to phone screen tenants before setting an appointment so we don't waste anyone's time if they won't meet our credit and income guidelines or they need specific features the property doesn't have.

The damage should be minimal from the leak though, after a few months it would probably be a 1/2 sheet of plywood and 2hrs of labor at the most (unless it is a finished room underneath)
