I'm not implying the roof would need immediate work... but adding a layer of shingles only runs a few grand... the problem is, if there's 2 or 3 layers already on you can't simply do that.

@Jon Holdman did not specify anything with regards to the numerator, but his statement that the "financing reduces ... returns" is inaccurate in many cases, and as you pointed out returns actually can increase (as my last sentence above implied).

High power bulbs require a large number of Amps (Watts = Volts x Amps, so Amps = Watts / Volts which implies in a 12V system that amps will be an order of magnitude larger than normal 120V household lighting), and to keep the voltage drop down thicker conductors are now needed.Nowadays LED bulbs can be purchased for outdoor lighting.

People on BP are very willing to give their 2 cents...but, your statement has no direction or call to action, just a vague statement that slightly implies that you may want to consider doing some more learning about what makes a market or specific property an attractive investment, unless your asking the BP people to do all that for you?

Hi Lisa,A quitclaim deed means that the grantor makes no statement, or even imply that he/she even owns the property, which is why you must get clear title using a good title agency.
