is there an affordable fix or resolution without having to spend hundreds?

In Kansas, unless we have certain language in the lease (and it's still disputed) we cannot accept partial payments because we've "accepted rent" for that month. 

It should spell out how decisions in the business are made, ownership breakouts, members' roles and responsibilities, conflict resolutions process, buy-out provisions, process around distributions, ect. 

Most appraisal companies allow for disputes.

They already have established systems in place to handle various tasks such as rent collection, tenant screening and selection, maintenance requests, potential tenant disputes, HOA payments, and much more.

What is especially difficult is I live out of state from where the property is located so it is difficult for me to verify any of the repairs being done.I'm looking for advice about what kind of attorney's handle disputes between owners and property management companies (most of google only returns information on tenant vs the PM).

As the closing coordinator for a Florida law firm (and licensed title agent): Our attorney practices real estate law, (disputes, representation of buyer/seller, etc.), but we also do full service closings without representation (the same service as a title company in every way).We have a title insurance underwriter that we are an agent to just like a title company, but the attorney is the "title agent".
