And while she can curse like a sailor, she doesn't do it often and I can't imagine her physically threatening somebody who did not physically threaten her (or a member of her family) - then all bets are off and I there's no force in the world that would keep her from ripping you apart. That said, if my mother did find herself in this situation, she has also lived a life and treated people over the years such that she would have dozens of people fighting to have her live with them and the honor of storing her stuff. This woman reaped what she sowed, unfortunately.

Until you have dropped $30,000.00 (thirty GRAND) of your own hard-earned money on an actual rehab, been stressed out when you are running short of funds, or had to explain to your significant other that you cannot do X because you spent it all at Lowe's, your cute little 1-sheet deal flyers are probably going into the trash/toilet where they belong.

one reason we always give our clients the right to service their own.. or we have a service that will do it for 7 to 10 bucks a month some people chose to do that but it will affect the rate of return a tad.. for me personally I have never ever bought an owner occ note that i kept only to foreclose on .. so i am not familar with all the stuff you have to do that adds layers to those investments.. therefor I have always serviced my own notes. My dad did this with our paper.. and our note buyers it was old school.. you had a payment book borrower sent in the payment in the booklet.. secretary in our office would post in the book then in our records and mail the booklet back.. we found that worked pretty well for folks .. by the time the buyer paid the note off 5 to 10 years down the line it was tattered  beer stains  coffee stains it was cute really.
