@Dan Salim I would highly advise you to get some advice from a cross border tax specialist (accountant/lawyer), if you haven't already done so in setting up your LLC, as you could potentially face unfavorable tax treatment when repatriating the income back to Canada.

@Jacqueline Carrington its 5 acre's wooded lot; 1 mile out from major city; hardwood timber, has power in front; no town septic or water- but there is a spring onproperty so there could be a well; Its  secluded; its residential; near by are resident houses of like a handful- its on a main road headed to the city; its about 2-3 miles from a major large local hospital and cancer center; Its highly sought after town because of taxes and school system. properties go like hotcakes...

@ Rich Harmon, I went to actually check out that link, and we see its a protest by the lying fauxahontas Elizabeth Warren, who milked the Indian background to get preferential treatment, despite not being a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, or enrolled in the Eastern Band, or is not one of the United Keetoowah Bands of Cherokee.

The thing to consider when buying a house with mold isIs mold is  above ground - usually not to hard to remediate and def. not a deal killer.Is it below ground, due to a water line - harder to fix and you need to do a really good job in removing all the organic material before treatment
