I've just discovered this technology that allows you to place a toilet nearly anywhere in a house.

In simple terms, it seems like most PM companies don't utilize enough software and technology to be able to keep owners up to date for items they should be able to automate.

Just like with electric cars, nobody wants to talk about the true costs, the poor people (aka: slaves) digging up the materials, the damage caused by the manufacturing process, that solar only survives because our government steals money from its citizens to prop up the entire industry, involvement of Communist China, etc.If you want to use this technology to feel better about your carbon footprint, go for it.

New technologies have driven down the cost of sub-metering.

If you are looking for younger tenants with higher incomes it probably makes sense to invest in areas with employment growth in a technology sector and purchase an apartment that is high B or A class (or can be repositioned accordingly).
