Go through a crazy biker tattooed boyfriend stage, with motorcycles parked on the lawns and a grow room in the closet?

I can tell you this this year I had a ac problem and while waiting for parts ( I fix my own units ) I ran a portable that I have as a emergency, well it was one, lol.

For instance, "I'm sorry, but our policy is that we don't allow portable washing machines in any of our units."

This particular studio had the largest closet in the entire building of 26 units, including my manager's apartment.  

And you would be surprised at how they can mess up and admit they're sleeping on their aunt's couch, and they've worn out their welcome, etc.You'll hear the complaints, if they are high-maintenance types - "I don't know if this closet will work, can you put in more rods?"  

On the other hand, I have had a prospective tenant notice a closet door was broken, and asked for it to be fixed, replaced.

And because the carpet inside of the closet has been soaked for at least 5 months, the walls of the closet has mold growing up and down them!

Fish tanks, computer equipment, lighting, heating pads, portable air conditioner, electric blankets, power tools, just on and on.
