I highly recommend that you spend some time learning before investing in anything (other than your own education of course).It's rarely a good idea to take a blind leap into something based upon a recommendation.

I personally think they are crazy for flying blind and buying houses like that, but I certainly don't say that.A little later, a friend tells her her house is for sale on craigslist.

Took out approximately 6 ft. of walls between the dining and living room.All popcorn ceiling texture and did hand texture throughout .Changed out both the front and back doors and replaced them with leaded glass and internal blind doors.

I think it's dangerous to blindly follow any party, as they are only SUPPOSED to be a vehicle for a set of beliefs.
