General partner has a profit share of the whole enterprise but contributes no initial equity. 

If you can show statistic that with subsidies you could provide competitive workspaces within the municipality that would not only attract entrepreneurs, employment, and enterprise to that municipality over the other ones you could also make the area a preferred destination.

It is my opinion that the new rules, regulations and subsequent inspections will find the property to be out of compliance.

Otherwise, every subsequent proposal would get higher and higher to cover the jobs I didn't get until someone actually buys into it and resets the "estimate clock" back to zero. 

If all OK---closing is within 10 to 14 days on your initial loan and 7 to 10 days on subsequent loans.

An assignment of collateral can reduce the loan to value of your new or subsequent loans.
