You won't pay any taxes and don't even have to rebuy title insurance as long as the LLC ownership is identical to the ownership you own it in now.No go buy yourself a 4 plex with your VA benefit. 

I have closed on two additional 6-unit buildings since then and gave him the business since he bailed me out.The six-unit buildings are in a pod and identical, but the premiums have gone up on each policy by more than 10%. 

Give me two essentially identical homes to rent and I'm subconsciously willing to spend $50 more per month for the one that has granite counters in the kitchen rather than your run of the mill laminate.

McCray  and @Jeff Burdick - The main property was supposedly built in 1887 and the coach house looks almost identical, just not as deep.

Now the identical sister building is going to be up for So I recently bought a foreclosure duplex that was built in the early 1900's for $260k.
