Those of us who have had to manage people and projects happening remotely can tell you that there is a lot lost without regular interaction - I would say daily but I'm not a Luudite and I can see how a day or maybe even 2 remotely can help focus some jobs, but I will tell you that when everyone is working remote they only concentrate on their silos as if interaction with the rest of the staff is unimportant and as if Zoom can completely replace face to face contact.
