It's a keyless digital access system for communities where residents can remotely open the various entry points, and management can keep track of who is entering the property (not to mention it eliminates the cost and headache of having to deal with gate keys and fobs!).

At this point in time, we only choose properties that cash flow out of the gate and don't have a ton of problems to solve.
