We also know of an owner who has a Jacksonville property purchased through Morris and his management company is Oceanpointe.They continue to try to hide behind new names but they are the same people doing the same activities.

The best structure is a Series LLC with anonymity trusts so that you compartmentalize the assets if there is a litigation while hiding your ownership and the company ownership of the underlying asset.

All - I'll write a bit more on this thread when I have a little more time, but there's a bit of misinformation here...especially related to the FTC, "hiding" anything, the fees, and what you get for being a franchise.
