I disagree with Art.

I've been hearing about improvements in Real Estate values, population, housing programs, and the arts.

If there is anyone who can connect me with friendly title companies who understands the art of wholesaling and people who will go into the properties and take pictures, please send me their contact information. [email protected]

I am sure there is an art to finding places in a city that are still cheap to buy and are stable neighborhoods that are not declining.

And RCC, the local community college, is finishing another round of building including the very cool culinary arts school in downtown and a new admin building on the main campus.
