Regardless of who wrote it, I would recommend reading a wide selection of listings in your area as well as others (think about choosing a few large markets as good examples- Phoenix/Scottsdale, Southern California, Austin Texas are a few good ones) and considering re-writing in complete sentences with descriptive phrases covering the most desirable aspects of the house.2.
