@Max Alford I think this is a really interesting question (and more complex than it might seem at first glance).A car can say a lot about a person (both good and bad), and there are a whole variety of car cultures that all have different traits.Weirdly, a car that's perfect for one realtor might be bad for another realtor, because a single car elicits different reactions in different contexts.For instance, if you show up in a Ferrari to show me (an investor) a standard $300k 1500 sq ft 3/2 in a C-class area, I'll think your car is totally out of place, and it will throw up tons of red flags.

So I would say a positive take from there negativity is, they care enough to want to protect you.

Like @Theresa Harris say a great way to boost the rent more would be to add in unit laundry if possible.

@William CoetI would say a sudden drop in the local economy, like a major employer closing/ moving away.

Even if , say, a long term rental subleases it as a str, they may come back to you for the fines.

I'd say a seperate bank account with your personal account is a good idea to keep everything relating to rental properties seperated.

Say, a figure in a nightmare which the sleeper tries with all his strength to destroy.

Alternatively if she could purchase a home at a more reasonable price, from say a wholesaler.

THose I assume though are legal, I expect you need special policies for guns in your aggreement in some regions especially if you have say a hunting cabin etc.
