I can talk about OKC all day, but it's super insulated against recession, consistently provide 8%+ returns and has entry points as low as 50k!!

What I know is there is an addition that was not finished - needs insulation/doors sealed, subfloor replaced in some areas, new windows, and some mold in the living area that I know of.

I also know it needs updated windows and insulation, ac duct work, possibly another unit but, can't tell until new windows and the duct work is redone.

By September/October, framing and rough-ins for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were completed.In November, the roof was installed and siding work began.We ran into inspection delays with the city around the holidays so December was pretty quiet.In January, we got insulation and Drywall up.

But we still have not had our kitchen light bulbs replaced, months after the initial request, and we still have the window unit installed in our spare bedroom, which poses an insulation and safety problem (since to my understanding it was not secured for long-term use).

There are a few things, like critters getting into the underneath of the mobile home and it seems to struggle to stay cool in Louisiana heat june- September (we are looking into redoing the insulation beneath).
