Well, if you started, go with it, they collect fees up front on a credit card before you speak to anyone, then they don't abide by the right to cancel or recession periods, charge 500 and then won't continue with the loan request, wanting to start over again....I know, a family member requested and terminated and I spoke to them, assured us there was no charge made, checked later and it was cleared instantly.

I am looking at www.neat.comScans all kinds of documents and what I like is it reads the receipts and auto fills into a report for you for easy tracking and you can ditch the paper.I even see a mobile application where you can take a picture of the receipt with your phone and throw away the receipt instantly instead of carrying paper around (example business meeting restaurant receipt).Has anyone used it??

Ultimately it comes down to this: you can spend several hours a day finding vacant homes and then several more hours writing and printing and addressing yellow letters, or you can join Homevestors, chalk up some advertising money (you decide the amount) and instantly tap into a system that sends out 2 million yellow letters a year and also has an entire department of professionals who track every single letter.
