I am probably biased coming from Big-4 but have worked with tons of accountants in the entire vertical of big and small firms and those are my general observations.

Square is a merchant account like most; however, it is designed for point of sale systems and is going to be highly consumer (renter) biased if a chargeback were to occur.

Dogsbite.org is a good, but a biased (they obviously tell you the bad, not the good of vicious breed dogs) resource on this matter.

When you assume things it isn't evidence or objecting its showing a bias and couple that with a protected class and you are in double trouble!

I am biased but for my money the three best zips in Dallas are 75218, 75228, and 75227.
