Most electrical appliances have a dedicated neutral plug today (the big blade on the plug), and the ground wire and the neutral wire in an electrical panel are connected anyway (you can take the cover off and see how they are connected).

Bullet holes I have to assume means underlying nails have moved up and out of the decking, slowly wearing holes in the slate above...or maybe bibs have slipped out of repairs, exposing nails below...or maybe surface nails that have since rusted away.

The house we are completing in San Clemente, though listed at $1,899,000, was designed with the thought that someone might want to purchase it for a luxury vacation rental, so we made sure rooms were spacious enough for bunks, plus added two separate loft spaces that would hold wall beds or sofa beds, in addition to adding additional view deck in the common area.
