Neighbours will be an issue which will likely torpedo your plans..7 adults, 7 vehicles, 7 pets, 14 boy/girl friends not next door to me thanks.

A typical water heater may support 3-4 adults, so you will need to add another water heater. 

I'm asking 875 due to the home being in great condition recognizing this is a rough time of year to find renters.When I get inquiries I send them an initial email asking them and any other adults in the house to fill out an application at no charge.  

. $40 cash application fee per adult we look credit and background no prior evictions or felonies no exceptions.
