For example, if lightening strikes and the air conditioner gets destroyed as well as the tenant's flat screen TV, my insurance company will replace the AC less the deductible but not their TV, and I'm not responsible in my area for the TV

Items would include things like a - $50 Gift Card (Home Depot, lol jk)- House Cleaning service- Coffee Machine- 42" Flat Screen TV- and Ca$h.The only way to get the good items would be to be an outstanding tenant with at least 2-3 year stay.

Your county parcel viewer online should be free and allow you to look up individual APNs for lot size information, but unfortunately they won't produce that info in bulk / for numerous parcel numbers at one time.

Here in SoCal, we have a TV program "Flip this ..." and it tries to show progress from purchase to final sales and I giggle frequently at the pricing they quote.
