I'm only aware of it going the other way, big time slumlord Beal recently packed up and left Toledo and centralized in Michigan Ypsi  Beal was in Ypsi loooooong before Toledo.

anyway... we packed up our search n have stuck to our comfort zone in where we come from (technology field).fast fwd to 2011, I'm focused on sfr n residential mkt (4u)... the current consideration has been flip n according to a CPA re investor, he's told us LLC is not a good vehicle for flip biz, but good for buy hold biz.after about a solid 9mos of gettg familiar w the residential side of analysis etc, I'm now figuring out the ideal strategies n what order to pursue.

If you do allows dogs, add extra time for cleaning, put slip covers on furniture, don't have carpet and buy lint rollers in bulk packs. 

I think you should help her pack her stuff and move in with you or find her another accommodation asap(like yesterday). 

Plus with just 6 to 8 of us I think we might not know who to talk to in a packed Beach Bar on a beautiful evening.  

On your next day off want you to pack your bags for an overnight trip.

My daughter and her significant other got 3 of them and they have had 2 biting issues with humans, 3+ within the pack (one is old) and 1 where they attacked someone else’s dog.

Current state is a 3-bed, 3-bath beach house with 2 queen sized beds, a bunkbed room, and two portable pack-and-plays for babies.Future state would be upgrading the 2 queens to kings. 

They purchased a mattress that was on the floor and they had two back packs.
