I think for the politician it's one of those 'low hanging fruit' thing to do, next they may change SF zone to MF zone or even no zone at all.The trend is there, pretty obvious.

I get the latter may be easier said than done on sites like Indeed, so go after the low hanging fruit like FB Groups--where they are forced to use their personal profile and generally include their direct email in the ad.

I mean an escrow is an escrow.. and wholesaler/ assignors really who cant close anyway or have no intention.. cant make an escrow go any faster than a competent agent and in many case's they totally bungle the escrow because they are so raw they just have no clue..

They do everything right to get their finances on track and still get left with a raw deal.I know LO can be used ethically, but I've seen far more of the "thin air deals" where value is created where none exists.
