I really was worried that people would think that what I accomplished by August of 2017 would get people to think that it was something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, diseased type communications would follow.Mindy convinced me and rightly so, that my story would resonate with many many people that were in the same situation as I was, before I started to invest in rental properties.  

All they need is a good mentor, and good work ethic, drive and enthusiasm, persistence, and smarts.  

My decision to switch paths over to business from my dreams of being a healthcare practitioner was only because I promised myself that instead of spending years and years in medical school, I would be persistent in establishing myself as an entrepreneur/investor and have it pay off Xfold in the long term.

RE taught me patience, persistance and the power of listening

Most of the time they won't have time for you, but keep being persistent and offer your services and don't take no for an answer.  

Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

It take commitment, persistence and selling out the the strategy...AND it works at a high level to get transactions!  

I’m sure lots of people are doing it, but I’m not so bold.Anyways, I’m also holding tight and am confident that the short term rental model will persist past the pandemic.

It's worth the pain if you persist as a real estate agent.
