People are touring and signing leases the same day because of the urgency to live somewhere.

These will be LTRs and I will most definitely be playing the long game with these.In addition, as rates go down in the future (hopefully) I plan to refinance as most of us do.

The landlord should be named on the tenant's insurance policy for additional protection and to assist with tracking compliance.
