It isn't actually a sale until they exercise their Option.

Once the property is renovated then you exercise your option to buy and now the house can qualify even for FHA financing.  

But when I'm not working, I love staying active and exercising, exploring food spots, anime, and abusing AMC's A-List. 

Possibly not good for landlords in those specific markets depending on rental demand.   7k house unless concentrated all in one market is just a dimple on a pimple LOL.. this is a failed exercise by Zillow..

I am wondering when the option is exercised, and let's say the contract starts in October do I take the CPI W that's released by Social Security in the beginning of the year and in October of the option years adjust it up with that rate?

I watch sports, watch TV, travel,exercise, and still plan on making seven figures this year.

I believe this conversation is going in circles now, but I will ask you to just do a quick paper exercise to see if you hold the same view.
