Aside from mentioning that I'm interested in purchasing a property to rent - yes I am DEFINITELY interested in flipping houses, and following up with that, I'm also looking to try and find out how to go about raising capital to purchase the property temporarily (alongside business partners that may help out financially with initial costs).You mentioned options in terms of flipping, can you please elaborate?
