I have been advised to go for houses that have a concrete block structure (CBS) and avoid houses that are framework structured and I am wondering if anyone can expand on that or share their experience with me.

I can proudly say today the houses in this exact block are selling for an easy $50,000 to $60,000.At last, we got everything cleaned out and started doing the rehab when out of the blue I had a contractor call me saying someone cut down the trees in the back of the house partially to where they were falling down.

You can only cash flow if you pick up a large multifamily.Austin- There are opportunities (we just picked one up) but it's a block by block thing.
