My understanding an improvement is for adding a deck or house additions.

Fences, deck, etc.I’m hoping the hand addresses, and actual stamps will help my mailers not look like bulk mail. 

Enjoyed the deck, reminded me to download a few books that I was missing.

Liability is a big thing that a lot of people take lightly, but it is VERY important (I recently read an article about a deck failure where people were severely injured when a 2nd story deck collapsed.)

Put together (or hire on fiver/upwork) a really good pitch deck that shows a lot of value to the owner/property management company.

I actually do have some cash buyers on deck waiting for me to find some properties.

In in real life it's a numbers game...you just need to keep weeding through them until you find your blade of grass so to speak.Good Luck!

After that realization, I decided to spend the next few years traveling, working as a deck hand on a luxury/adventure charter sailing yacht in South East Asia, a caretaker for a multi-millionaire's estate in South East Florida and lifeguard/host to (non-paying) guests during the summer months at my campsite next to the beach in Montauk, New York. 

Don't know, a 3/1/1 ranch in a nice area here sold for 15K in '57, it's been kept in it's original condition, simple updated carpet and paint, added a deck.
