Also, depends on whether or not you have a dumpster for them, or if they haul it off. 

Some, I believe, have water hauled to their on-site tank, although I've heard the county isn't allowing that for new houses. 

I've started RE license courses for my own edification, but have begun toying with how pragmatic the field is as a side hustle.

The reason I do it is to help out a friend and make some extra income to buy toys like the new Cybertruck tri motor. 

Families will have to dig deep, and we'll see if spending grinds to a haul if people learn lessons about living paycheck to paycheck while making 80k a year. 

So that's the question . . . is it just an expensive techie toy or a useful real estate and business tool?

The last five years have been pretty slow paced for me, and although I’m in in for the long haul, I am wanting to utilize the capital I do have to scale a bit quicker, and wondering if getting another primary house hack even makes sense or would just potentially get in the way of scaling by going after more lucrative brrrr and flip opportunities to generate enough cash flow and more active income to reach financial freedom.
