So other states with different laws on deficiencies get to pay for people in casino property states when people strategically default.

We closed 5 days later.Sometimes acronyms, financing strategics, CAP rates, blah blah blah mean nothing to people.

I understand they can't release too many properties on the market at once as that would saturate the market, cause home prices to drop and cause other homes to strategically stop making payments...But still, what is our major obstacle in acquiring these properties for cheaper than at foreclosure auctions?

Hello BP community, I have a question about business development and strategic planning. 

As an LP you have no say on procedural nor strategic matters, which is why you MUST be able to underwrite the opportunity from here to Timbaktu before you deploy capital. 

I'm just not sure how to what to say and how to formulate the aspects of the whole process that I can bring to the table.
