There's a very diverse amount of beauty in AZ.

Self-awareness also fosters empathy and understanding towards others, as it allows individuals to recognize and appreciate the diversity of human experiences.Put it into practice - The way I put this fundamental into practice in my own life is my “time on the mat”.

We need to continue to work on improving diversity to make real estate accessible to everyone.

Go look at cosmetically tragic properties in areas with good schools/diverse job market and plan on working the rehab into your financing. 

Working with the diversity of investors I have found I change my strategy for finding them the property they are looking for off market.

Now consider the implementation of cluster marketing and the impact of message diversity. 

As with most medium size cities it's a diverse market.

:)I would like it in Vegas as well.I know Denver is where Josh is at but I think it would be good to hold in different locations to expose Bigger Pockets to a diverse audience.The entrance fee isn't a deterrant but the cost to travel and lodging can be for some.If you have it the same place every year a few will travel from afar but many of the same core from close by will come again and again.Nothing wrong with that but for growth would be good.Maybe once you hit certain numbers you can have a few a year in different places.

I do believe diversity is important but you should only invest in assets you know and understand.
