Eden Prairie and the SW metro is definitely more upscale than the SE metro.

I would second the Waldo vote and the S/SE portions of Raytown.

At under $100k in SE or SW FL you are looking at condos only.....most will prohibit STR’s.

Now I do know it is a guideline per se but really are you investors out there able to accomplish the 2% rule as a norm?

The trick is that builders often have their client sign 'non-disclosure' before performing the work, so these things are seldom talked about.It really wasn't the builder's fault, per se.
