With the websites I can control I use a google voice #, I have a one minute recording to answer the most common of questions I can legally leave on the recording, and then I give my cell to call if they have any further questions.

When they are answering questions at a certain rythym it is sometimes pretty obvious when they hesitate or change their voice when a question trips them up. ..............."

The discussion of which is better is really academic, it really depends on each the deal.

I'm glad that I wasn't put on academic probation.

Instead of screaming that my rights are violated (by someone who really is voicing an opinion and not a point of law as they are not qualified lawyers) find a better solution that address the problems.This stuff would never have surfaced to this point if sellers had not been acting in a predatory manner, setting the public up to fail, just a form of theft.

Being super, super polite and maintaining a level tone of voice and normal inflection when you talk to them will convey that you are a reasonable person.
