@Jose Guevarra Golf Manor is a tiny village adjacent to the City of Cincinnati (and part of Cincy schools) - specifically the communities of Pleasant Ridge (good) and Roselawn (not so good).

Since we just moved from San Antonio, TX to a tiny little tourist town, the connections are going to be more difficult, but hopefully there are still some up here!

Right now, I only have my base pay and it's too risky in SoCal (at least I think so) because of how much even a tiny house costs out here!  

The lower is 2 bedroom 1 bath with a very tiny kitchen and very old appliances (and no dishwasher). 

A tiny few have had good experiences.

@Freddy DaiEverything is priced really high right now but there are off market deals if you work hard enough.I dont know the exact specifics for each of those locations but have lived in the area my whole life... here is what I'm seeingHighland Falls - it's tiny.. very small. 

It was a tiny little subdivision out in the middle of nowhere, and the survey markers were mostly still visible (pipes driven in the ground with the lines and lot numbers scribed in the cap.)

It isnt much the basic three bedroom two bath trailer. ( second bath is tiny and in tiny bedroom off the living room.) 

If that month makes a difference(offer him a tiny premium for bank financing vs. cash).Terms should make it easier for you to make money early on, but they don't increase the value of the property. 

Or you live in a tiny area and you really just have to make the commute.If there are not many other investors around then maybe you have a gold mine with little competition.Tell us more.John Corey
