A lot of times they are tired with moving and packing, every one of my clients have used their gift right away and showed GREAT appreciation.

I have heard horror stories about landlords who did things like add decks without permits that collapsed, killing young people and although they packed 75 people on the decks thanks to a keg party, the landlord was sued for everything he had and lost.

I have attended one of their seminars and it was packed with value.  

And because no one saw the extra fully permitted apartment (it had so much trash in it everyone overlooked it - although you'd think the seperate power pack and the fact all the permits are in public records one of the other investors would have spotted it!!)

Packed full of questions and info, and if you can't find what you are looking for, someone will be quick to direct you, or answer your questions directly.

There has to be a solution that I am not thinking of and I could really use some help.The only thing I can come up with is to pack up my condo, list it, lease it, and move into a short term rental.
