I am not talking about the burbs I am talking about the inner cities 8 mile and south that kind of thing were in 2002 I know I did almost 100 hard money loans there personally all at 60 to 90k each.. its sad to see whats happened but its not unique to Detroit by any means.

Don't listen when people who have never done what you are trying to do tell you it won't work, especially @Ken Latchers, he never has anything positive or productive to say and talks as if he knows all, but truth is he's just a sad old guy that pleasures himself to the though of bashing people in online forums (it's sad really).

I can't stand all the empty platitudes passed off as anecdotes that really happened.Also the sentence "I had nothing but a dream of being extremely wealthy" definitely struck me as sad more than inspiring.
