Also, states like Texas, which are non-disclosure will not publish any of this online.  

They also have to publish them in a newspaper (they will tell you which if you ask) but this is a pretty tedious way to look them up.

I don't know what your strategy is, but you can get started by listening to the podcasts here and there are tons of books published by BP that have been helpful for many people, myself included.

Sometimes local government housing agencies or apartment associations publish some numbers.
