Not all markets or developers can provide such properties.

There are a few new neighborhood developments in my area in good locations close to schools and larger well established neighborhoods.

I would suggest driving for dollars in the area as well as Popping into The Barn and asking the real estate developers who own that building and office on the lower level if they know of anything.

For the past two months I have been working for a development/construction company in Baltimore.

This buyer wants to do his first flip and has years of real estate development experience in his professional day job.

The listing agent had a "ridiculous" assertion that you could build a 2-3 story mixed use development on the land.  

Riviera was developed as a retirement area years ago, and is a mix of stick built ad mobile homes, mostly older mobile homes these days.
