A friend of ours found a gif of a woman bouncing on one of our beds with our very particular artwork in the background.

After becoming a project manager, I was bouncing back and forth between learning more about real estate on and off while also becoming the best project manager I could be.

I will keep an eye on the market, but likely going to have to bounce out to Stockton (or similar) to make something like this work.

But wanted to bounce it off the forum anyways....When trying to sell a rehabbed house, would it be a good idea to give potential buyers who viewed the house a quick survey on what they liked / didn't like about the rehab?
