Kristine Marie Poe   I assume this is a CA market your talking about... it gets even worse when CA or off shore investors go into low end assets in the mid west north east or deep south.. mortality rate is very high.. and length of ownership is very low.Logic dictates in a market were 40 to 50% of the homes are rentals.. that at least 40 to 50% of the foreclosure or vacant homes are from landlords who failed..

It is free to join and anyone can go on there and ask anything from a simple question that gets a simple answer, all the way to people who all the time will start a thread titled something like "Mary's first ever master bathroom gut and renewal" where the thread may end up taking 15 pages, as she begins with the planning stages for her DIY project (or maybe she's hiring someone for the physical work) and you can see it progress all the way to when she puts the fuzzy cover on her new toilet seat cover in her brand new, totally redone and retiled bathroom!
