Everyone is looking at the last 5+ years where rates were artificially low and the pickings were easy. 

Even without this cultural component, many intelligent and head strong off spring do take that baton and turn it into something incredible.

Since I did the intelligent thing FOR MY SITUATION, and have just been strengthening my position, I should be in a really good spot to capitalize on the mess that is currently being made of our economy, and in a market I actually want to live and invest in.

The govt has been artificially stimulating the economy through QE for a long time.

Sometimes the occupancy rates are artificially low on Airdna.co since Airdna.co looks at all listings, but some people only rent out their home part of the year.

It's not a fanciful Wall Street concept, it's something everyone on this site should be intelligently weighing.
