Jumping into REI with no capital is not worth the risk.

I remember for my first house that was my goal and I house hacked that home for a few years. 

Wondering if it worth it to explore providing temporary leasing vs. long-term leasing to begin.

.- >65K in rent collected- having someone to bring in Amazon packages when it is raining outside- generally having someone to watch over the property when out of town oftenI think the headache is worth it.

That being said, I have no idea what the land by the airport is worth or what they will be able to do with it. 

If you found this buyer I would say that its worth finding and then looking for the sellers but I believe that would take a lot more time than finding sellers and getting a bunch of buyers as opposed to just 1.

I think it’s definitely worth looking into.

Two Years from now you can go back and look at the "stupid" questions that you asked and remember that everyone starts somewhere :)
