All in all, everything I analyze from wholesalers, independent and large, are only giving about a $20,000 profit.

Pretend you don't have that cash and learn to make it as a wholesaler or investor friendly Realtor.

Typical retail lots sold on the market for $55-60k a piece, an off market lot from a wholesaler usually come in around $45k a piece.

Its really not that complicated you use the same basic resources that house wholesalers use..
