Big Week Ahead!

I dealt with this exact scenario last week with one of my tenants in a multi-family.Most often, tenants and neighbors are timid and not wanting to call the police.

Here are the key themes I'm seeing get set up for 2025: Interest Rates Will be Holding Steady or going up: The yield curve (finally) uninverted this week, when the Fed signalled they will be more cautious about raising rates.

If you buy real estate, you will spend hours and days and weeks and months of your life dealing with it… Home repairs, guests,… An investment really has to be pretty amazing to sacrifice all that time for itThe houses I own I bought many years ago at dirt cheap prices and dirt cheap mortgage rates.
