Ours is in a rural area with strong seasonality and lots of regional vacation travellers going out for a weekend or maybe a week. 

Anyway have a nice holiday week.. 

Booking lead time has been dramatically dropping over the last couple of years, and people booking week of is becoming more common, especially for smaller places. 

About two weeks ago I was very very thankful we had photos to prove a home was clean!

We are closing on a property next week in the single member LLC, therefore that one property will be filed on a Schedule C correct or will this also be on the schedule E?

I had a brief F2F with Ivan a couple weeks ago when I ran into him at a conference in FLorida.

In my case this week this was full title insurance for me as a lender in 4 hours which as stated is the fastest service I personally have gotten.

And given that, in a major city, there are hundreds of houses put on the market weekly, you need a method to efficiently screen properties to make sure they won't bleed money before you spend time analyzing, touring them ect. 

I had the Marshall serve him papers on 7/13, so he has a couple more weeks to move out before I would need to start any proceedings.  

The state legislature is only session a few weeks per year, and luckily they usually have more important things to do!
